Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902, dated April 17, 2008 "On consumer protection", the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of ordered products.
Product must be returned to the address specified by Albagame, with packaging and encasement, not used and accompanied with all accessories, instructions for use, documents proving the purchasing electronically and return authorization form completed ; if the product is not delivered in a manner described in this point, it will not be accepted by Albagame. Transportation costs for the return of cancelled orders will be covered by the Client.
Delivery of products will be performed within 2 days from the day after order confirmation from Albagame. In case of absence or delay, you will be notified by Albagame to postpone the deadline for delivering. Client is free to choose whether wants to accept or cancel the order. Product delivery can be carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Albania. Delays in products delivery or order failure do not mean compensation of Customer or its suppliers.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I’ll start by saying that the customer support was really good. They responded promptly to any questions, and the delivery was super fast. I bought a Keychron keyboard and mouse; unfortunately, they called to inform me that the keyboard was out of stock and asked what I wanted to do—whether to get a refund or wait until next week. I decided to wait, even though I was a little disappointed.
The next day, I noticed they also had Ripjaw 32GB of DDR5 RAM for 19,999 lek, which is roughly around 170 GBP. I should mention that this is quite expensive for that RAM; you can get 64GB for about the same price. However, since I couldn’t find the item anywhere else (I did find it at Techosoft for 12,000 lek, which is around 100 GBP but it was out of stock), and since I needed it, I decided to buy it too. I asked if they could ship it with the keyboard when it was ready, and they agreed.
To my surprise, the next day they called to say the keyboard was ready and that they would ship all the items in 15 minutes, which made me very happy. I also bought two Ninja snack boxes, which were great, but I wish they had a few more items in each box. Regardless, I would buy them again.
Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Albagames, but I can’t give them 5 stars because of the prices. Everything seemed to be a little overpriced.
