xMario, Rabbid Peach and their friends are back for a new adventure of outer space dimensions! Cursa, a mysterious and malevolent entity, seeks energy to carry out its nefarious plans, plunging the galaxy into chaos. Twisting planets with her evil influence, she is determined to use up all the energy of the Sparks, strange creatures created by the fusion of Lums and Rabids, and destroy all who stand in her way. In order to restore order in the galaxy and save the Sparks, Mario and friends team up with the Rabbids on a journey through mysterious and ever-surprising planets.
Join them on their adventure to take on Kurs and his dangerous minions as they explore different planets filled with strange inhabitants and hilarious secrets. Defeat enemies in an innovative battle system that combines turn-based tactics and real-time action. Delivery of products will be performed within 2 days from the day after order confirmation from Albagame. In case of absence or delay, you will be notified by Albagame to postpone the deadline for delivering. Client is free to choose whether wants to accept or cancel the order. Product delivery can be carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Albania. Delays in products delivery or order failure do not mean compensation of Customer or its suppliers.
Returns
Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902, dated April 17, 2008 "On consumer protection", the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of ordered products.
Product must be returned to the address specified by Albagame, with packaging and encasement, not used and accompanied with all accessories, instructions for use, documents proving the purchasing electronically and return authorization form completed ; if the product is not delivered in a manner described in this point, it will not be accepted by Albagame. Transportation costs for the return of cancelled orders will be covered by the Client.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
