Can the remote playerPlayStation Portal™ remote player only be used via my home Wi-Fi network?
Your home Wi-Fi network is a great way to use the PlayStation Portal™ remote player because you have control over the quality of the Wi-Fi, but it's not a requirement. The remote player PlayStation Portal™ remote player can be used anywhere you can access broadband Wi-Fi Internet connection with at least 5 Mbps*. For the best gaming experience, we recommend a high-speed connection of at least 15 Mbps. If you are using public Wi-Fi, please note that you may not have control over the quality of your Internet connection, which may affect your gaming experience.
Is a PlayStation Plus subscription required to use remote playerPlayStation Portal™ and PlayStation® Remote Play?
No, using the PlayStation Portal™ remote player and PlayStation® Remote Play does not require a PlayStation Plus subscription**. If you are using Remote Play to play a game that requires a PS Plus subscription to access multiplayer, you will need to have an active subscription to access that game's multiplayer features.
Can another person use the TV that the PS5 is connected to while I use the remote playerPlayStation Portal™ remote player?
Yes. For example, another member of your family could watch a show or movie on their TV while you use the remote playerPlayStation Portal™ to play your favorite compatible games on the beautiful 8" HD screen.
*The PlayStation Portal™ remote player can stream compatible games installed on the PS5 console. The PlayStation Portal™ remote player requires a broadband Wi-Fi Internet connection with at least 5 Mbps. For the best gaming experience, we recommend a high-speed connection of at least 15 Mbps. The quality and connectivity of the gaming experience game may vary depending on the network environment. A PS5 console and PlayStation Network account are required. The PS5 console must be connected to broadband Internet, turned on fully or in Rest Mode, and paired with the PlayStation Portal™ remote player.
**Games that require a VR headset (PlayStation VR or PlayStation VR2) or additional peripherals (other than a DualSense Edge, DualSense, or DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller) are not compatible. Games that need to be streamed to PS5 via a PS Plus Premium subscription are not compatible. Haptic feedback features and adaptive triggers available if supported by the game.
***Individual game performance will vary depending on the specific game you are using and the quality of connectivity of your network environment.

Delivery of products will be performed within 2 days from the day after order confirmation from Albagame. In case of absence or delay, you will be notified by Albagame to postpone the deadline for delivering. Client is free to choose whether wants to accept or cancel the order. Product delivery can be carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Albania. Delays in products delivery or order failure do not mean compensation of Customer or its suppliers.
Returns
Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902, dated April 17, 2008 "On consumer protection", the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of ordered products.
Product must be returned to the address specified by Albagame, with packaging and encasement, not used and accompanied with all accessories, instructions for use, documents proving the purchasing electronically and return authorization form completed ; if the product is not delivered in a manner described in this point, it will not be accepted by Albagame. Transportation costs for the return of cancelled orders will be covered by the Client.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
